cold room uncomfortable bathroom
My stay wasn't the best. I thought the room was cold. Wind was getting in through the window in the bathroom regardless of it being closed. This made showering very uncomfortable. It was especially bad for a Valentine's trip. I expected better for what I paid.

decent location, but issues with service and facilities
broken sauna noisy aqua club
the location was acceptable, it provided easy access to the beach.
The sauna was out of order , a significant disappointment. i also found it difficult to relax at the aqua club. It felt more like a public swimming pool with lots of children and noise. the experience didn't quite deliver on the advertised promise of relaxation and well-being (i really wanted a quiet spa day).

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

I stayed in a Double Room Sea View and the views were fine (I especially enjoyed watching the sunset from my window). The spa facilities included five pools and a jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and quickly brought drinks from the bar to the spa area when requested. I particularly enjoyed dining at the REN Mor restaurant, where the food was delicious with a great variety of options. The breakfast buffet had many hot food choices, a real treat. I found the digital shower, showing water usage, especially interesting and useful.
The heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work for the majority of my stay.

Lovely Spot For Family Fun!
pool view smiling staff family time amazing dessert
I found so much to enjoy! The pool view is beautiful. The reception staff greeted you always with smiles. My family loved spending time at the pools and jacuzzi. A special thank you goes to Mae at the terrace restaurant. She made my grandad's birthday amazing with a dessert message!

attentive staff sea view coastal walk warm room mediocre food non-functional tv
I found the staff very attentive, a lovely touch, they really tried to go that extra mile. the sea views from the restaurant added so much to our experience. the location is wonderful with great coastal walks nearby. It felt serene!
The room was very warm at night. i felt the breakfast let it down a little. The food was good, not great. the tv didn't work for a large part of my stay! though the hotel is mostly good.

lovely food amazing staff great views safe place
The hotel has many areas for relaxation. Sea views from the seating areas are great both day and night. Holly at reception was especially helpful and friendly. The food was also good. I especially liked the burger.
The hotel did not provide parasols for shade, something I think is necessary when traveling with small children. This.

The pool and jacuzzi was great for our family. I found the Aqua Club is a highlight because of the many pools it has. Changing rooms remain immaculate and staff remain smiley, so they create a nice environment.

All staff members were friendly, courteous, and efficient. The staff was very helpful and courteous in the restaurant. Mae served our table of ten people and added a happy birthday message to my Grandads dessert.
